What I want to do is...

... keep a daily log of our summer activities, what's going around here, etc. My hopes are that knowing that I'm going to want to write about our days will encourage me to actually DO SOMETHING everyday, instead of just piddling around. I'm not talking going somewhere everyday (although that is preferable because the kids get on each others nerves much more around the house), but having activities for the kids to do, crafty projects, walks to the parks around us on cooler days/in morning, etc.

In other news... yesterday was Day 1 of the Back Pack Search. I'm currently carrying a back pack style purse by Fossil that Mark got my for my birthday. I love it, but Janie's diabetes kit won't fit in it and I'm going to need something to carry it and a few of my things in, so the search began, and the search was a flop. We went by Kohl's and I found a bag I liked, but it had a draw string opening, which, eh I don't like. So, the search continues today. We'll prob go to TJ Maxx and Marshall's to see what they have.

Janie's picking up her room right now and Jacob's stamping. I'm going to pick up a bit and get ready. I think we'll head to the stores and a park for a bit.
